OffBroadway Show by Columbia Undergraduates

今天又看了一场小剧场话剧 - TAPE。几个本科生排的。
I am tired of the big commercial broadway shows and I guess I am in love with the small experimental plays like this one. 观众和演员近在咫尺,故事普通得就像在你身边发生过无数次,却能让你沉浸其中,反复玩味

这剧场只能坐下不到五十人。stage和第一排平齐。布景非常简单,故事从头到尾发生在这小小的标准间里。有回忆什么的,都通过在投影上播放事先拍好的视频来表现。

Description

TAPE by Stephen Belber
a play about memory, perception, and truth.

Vince and Jon are best friends. Vince dated Amy. Amy broke his heart. Jon slept with Amy at a party. Ten years later, Vince and Jon reuinite in Lansing, Michigan. Vince invites Amy to join them. Vince knows what Jon did. And he'll stop at nothing to prove it.
